From every page in that website you can use the following features
1: Your private zone
"Update my profile": to update your profile (name, address,...)
"New Community": If you want to create a new community involving different people
"Sign out": Leave grapeOffice ending your session
2: Choose Community
If you belong to groups whose members aren't linked (for example, on one side your friends, on the other, your colleagues), it will be very convenient to create a distinct community for each group.
Thus you might switch easily from one to the other, selecting it inside that combo box.
Every data displayed in the main zone of the page is strictly related to the selected community.
3: Display Site in
Select the language you'd like to surf Grapeoffice with; can be changed any time and doesn't affect your personal nor shared data

Events
An event can be a meal at the restaurant, an electricity bill, shopping, etc., any event for which one or several members in your community have payed for every member of the community.
5: Event list
Each row stands for an event with its main properties displayed in columns:
Date of the event
Le Reason of the event ("meal at the restaurant", "electricity bill", "shopping", etc.)
La Total Expense: If several members have paid for the event (for example the restaurant bill), the total expense is the sum of all of these members expenses for the restaurant
("I payed"): Stands for the amount I already spent for this event. If I still have spent nothing so far and other members have paid for me, this amount is zero.
How much other members owe me (My credit): Stands for the total amount other members should repay me for that event.
How much I owe: Stands for the total amount I owe the other members for that event. If I already spent my share or more than my share, this amount is zero.

With these buttons you can manage the event
Duplicate event (convenient to create an event very looking like another - for exemple if only the date differs)
Update the event
Delete the event
The "Total" row displays added up amounts, regarding diplayed events only.
If you have lots of events, they might not be conveniently displayed all at once on the same page; you can then use the index buttons to scroll to older events:
6: Balance
Adding all my expenses with the other members' paid in my favour (including events not displayed in the current page)
I get my balance in the current community.
7: New event
Click on this event to create a new event
8 : Repayments
Display repayment scenarios between members and create repayments
